WE’RE HIRING QA RKEF Supervisor Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (51) in Geological Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Control or a similar position, preferably within the nickel mining industry. Strong knowledge of nickel ore quality control, particularly Saprolite Ore characteristics and specifications. Proven experience in ore sampling, sample preparation, quality data analysis, and are blending management. Good understanding of ore quality specifications and smelter delivery requirements. Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control systems, operational procedures, and applicable HSE regulations. Willing to work on a 6:2 FIFO roster in Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi. Key Roles: Develop and evaluate quality control strategies for Saprolite Ore across all operational areas. Ensure the implementation of quality control systems in accordance with established company standards and procedures Analyze ore sampling results and quality data to provide appropriate blending recommendations based on smelter requirements. Review and approve ore blending plans and prioritize Saprolite Ore deliveries to the smelter. Coordinate with Mine Operations, Hauling, Production, and Smelter teams to ensure or quality specifications and delivery targets are achieved. Monitor and evaluate Saprolite Ore quality performance and prepare periodic reports on quality results and material delivery realization. Supervise, guide, and develop subordinate teams in implementing quality control procedures and sampling standards. Ore Reconciliation Supervisor Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (51) in Geological Engineering or Mining Engineering Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, or 5 years of experience in Exploration or Grade Control. Good understanding of Grade Control procedures and Ore Reconciliation processes. Proficient in mining and geological software such as QGIS, Micromine, Surpac, or equivalent applications. Strong knowledge of block model validation, wireframing, topographic data, and production data reconciliation. Good understanding of mine recovery, ore dilution, and sampling procedures. Possess a valid POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate. Willing to work on a 6:2 FIFO roster in Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi. Key Roles: Validate topographic reconciliation data to ensure accuracy and prevent double counting in block model reconciliation. Collect and validate production data to ensure consistency with topographic survey data. Prepare and validate wireframes for mined block model calculations. Regularly update mined block models to support accurate reconciliation visualization. Update top ore survey data and actual sampling data to maintain complete ore reconciliation records. Provide technical feedback and recommendations to the Grade Control team to maintain mine recovery and control ore dilution. Determine actual mine recovery and ore dilution values based on validated reconciliation data Recommend mine out areas based on remaining block model reserves and sampling locations to ensure adequate mining coverage. Geographic Information System Officer Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (51) in Geomatics Engineering Geodesy, Geography, or related disciplines. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in GIS or spatial data management, preferably in mining. Proficient in QGIS and/or ArcGIS; familiarity with Surpac, Global Mapper, Agisoft, and Maptek Point Studio is an advantage. Good understanding of coordinate reference systems, spatial databases, and geospatial data formats. Experienced in processing topographic, drone mapping, orthophoto, DEM/DTM, DSM, and LIDAR data. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills with good attention to detail. Willing to work on a 6:2 FIFO roster in Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi. Key Roles: Manage and maintain geospatial databases to support nickel mining operations. Develop and maintain operational maps, including mining boundaries, topography, pit progress, haul roads, stockpiles, infrastructure, and exploration areas. Process, integrate, and validate spatial data from GNSS surveys, drone mapping, LiDAR, and other geospatial sources.
