Refinancing Department Head
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for increasing market share growth for Refinancing products by creating a comprehensive business plan in accordance with the business strategy that has been determined by Management.
- Ensuring the achievement of sales targets with the annual work plan through marketing programs, control and develop branches, and resources.
- Evaluating the business performance of each Refinancing branch office.
- Coordinating with Area Head and Branch Head of Refinancing to determine corrective steps for the business strategy.
- Doing development and develop team, strategy, structure.
Qualification:
- Minimal Bachelor's degree
- 7 years experience in finance company or banking; with at least 2 years experience in Managerial position
- Have knowledge and experience in Sales and Marketing Refinancing/Multiguna Program
- Proven competencies in team leading & team leadership
- Energetic, Innovative, and target oriented person
- Have a good command in English and able to work in Ms Excel specially pivot tools is a good advantage
